Man’s Part in Salvation

Hear (Rom. 10:13-17; 2 Thess. 2:14).

Believe (Acts 16:31; Jn. 8:24; Heb. 11:6).

Godly sorrow and repentance (2 Cor. 7:10; Lk. 13:3; Acts 17:30).

Confession (Matt. 10:32-33; Rom. 10:9-10; Acts 8:37).

Baptism (1 Pet. 3:21; Mk. 16:16; Acts 2:38; Acts 22:16).

Hope and faithful endurance (Rom. 8:24; Matt. 10:22; Rev. 2:10).

Remember

Fear God more than anything else (Matt. 10:28-31; 2 Tim. 1:7; Prov. 29:25; Josh. 1:9; Isa. 41:10).

Love God more than anyone else (Matt. 22:37-38; Matt. 10:37; Lk. 14:26).

Put God first in every aspect of life (Matt. 6:33; Acts 5:29; Mk. 12:17).

Do not forsake the assembling of ourselves together (Heb. 10:24-25).
